A solo artist and drum teacher, she has toured worldwide and gained over 23 million views on YouTube. Nilles joined Jeff Beck’s final tour and performed at his memorial concert with music legends. She now leads her own band, Nevell, focusing on her own music. Her approach emphasizes authenticity and creativity, influenced by her experiences with iconic musicians.

The bank
The former counter hall of the Sparda Bank branch at Stuttgart's main railway station was once transformed into a chic event location - and has since been a safe bank for top-class jazz concerts during the festival. Traditionally, the jazzopen are opened here - with the awarding of the German Jazz Trophy. Under the motto "A Life for Jazz", deserving artists receive this award from the foundation Stiftung Kunst und Kultur der Sparda-Bank Baden-Württemberg.
